It starts with the initial inquiry. Our specialists are readily available and prepared to answer any technical and compatibility questions you may have. A Durlon® Chemical Resistance Chart and Durlon® Product Information is also available and can be accessed from this CD.
Once the appropriate gasket is determined, the order is placed with our customer service department. Our program was created to ensure proper installation of gaskets. Therefore, after the order is placed, our support does not stop there. A Salco Products Gasket Material Certification Tag is included with each shipment to ensure you are indeed receiving the correct product. Note: Keep the tag with the gasket if you will be storing the gasket. This will allow for future identification. Also, as part of our program, worksheets, seminars and torque calculations are included in this CD to ensure your gaskets will be in-stalled properly. Of course, our specialists are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Salco is also proud to offer other gasketing services such as our popular customer specific Car Identifica-tion Database. Salco acquires and then stores your fleet information in a database. This positive collec-tion of fleet data enables Salco to offer application details which eliminates the need for second and third party repair organizations to determine specifications for the application. This allows for customers to efficiently order and promptly receive their gaskets.
